Civil Reign Review Circle – Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Civil Reign Review Circle (“Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Civil Reign Review Circle is a curated product review program in which approved participants receive a Civil Reign item for review in exchange for a refundable deposit and completion of defined content obligations.

Participation is subject to approval at Civil Reign’s sole discretion.

2. Deposit Requirement

Participants are required to submit a $40 refundable deposit prior to shipment of any product.

The deposit serves as a performance guarantee and is not a purchase of goods.

3. Product Selection & Colorway Preference

Participants may indicate a preferred Civil Reign colorway during the application process.

Colorway preferences are non-binding and subject to product availability.
If a selected colorway is unavailable, Civil Reign reserves the right to provide the closest available colorway without notice or approval.

No custom or bespoke product creation is implied or guaranteed.

4. Content Requirements

To qualify for a deposit refund, Participants must:

• Post one (1) video review featuring the received Civil Reign item
• Post must remain live and publicly visible for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days (168 hours)
• Content must clearly display the product and mention Civil Reign by name
• The social media handle submitted during application must be the same handle used to post the review

5. Verification & Refund Timing

Refunds are processed only after Civil Reign verifies that all content requirements have been fully met.

Verification may take up to 5 business days following completion of the 7-day posting period.

6. Refund Denial Clause

Failure to meet any program requirement — including posting from an unapproved handle, early deletion of content, insufficient product visibility, or incomplete posting duration — constitutes full performance failure and permanently voids refund eligibility.

This clause exists to prevent misuse of the Program and is agreed upon prior to deposit submission.

7. Content Usage Rights

By participating, the Participant grants Civil Reign a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to repost, distribute, and use submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes related to deposits submitted under this Program.

Any attempt to reverse payment after participation approval may result in permanent disqualification from future Civil Reign programs and potential account restriction.

9. Program Modifications

Civil Reign reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

10. Final Authority

Civil Reign retains final authority in all matters related to Program interpretation, eligibility, verification, and enforcement.

Terms Updates & Participant Responsibility

Civil Reign reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to review the most current version of the Terms prior to and during participation in the Program. Continued participation in the Program after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
