CIVIL REIGN — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Civil Reign, each release is produced with intention. We stand behind the quality of every piece and want you confident in your order.

Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities, please review the policy below before purchasing.


RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • All original tags/packaging must be included

  • No visible signs of wear, odor, damage, staining, lint buildup, pet hair, or alterations

Items sent back that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to sender.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Limited release / exclusive drops

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories (unless defective)

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Any personalized or made-to-order products

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)


DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email us within 5 days of delivery at:

support@civilreign.com

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Brief description

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Damage caused after delivery, improper washing, wear, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.


EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues only, subject to inventory availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your payment provider takes longer, timing may vary.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing quickly.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to help.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Civil Reign is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost/stolen packages marked delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Customs delays (international)

If a package is returned due to incorrect address entry, re-shipping fees may apply.


CHARGEBACK / FRAUD ABUSE

To protect against fraudulent claims:

Civil Reign reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or future purchases where abuse, suspicious activity, repeated excessive returns, or fraudulent chargeback behavior is detected.


STORE CREDIT

In some approved cases, Civil Reign may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire unless required by law.
