At CivilReign, every order is handled with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and in premium condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after your order is placed.

During high-demand periods, launches, restocks, holidays, or limited releases, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Extended Delivery Windows

Some items—especially limited releases, exclusive drops, made-to-order pieces, preorders, or periods of elevated order volume—may require additional fulfillment time.

In certain cases, total delivery time (processing + transit) may take up to 2–3 weeks.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential extended timelines.


Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

CivilReign is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost / Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is under the carrier’s control.

If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking first and contact the carrier directly when applicable.

Stolen Packages

CivilReign is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier and local authorities as needed.
